In order to make measurement, one will need a soft tape measure. It would be better to make it with the help of another person than to do it oneself. It will allow getting more exact figures helping you with the right measurement results. Correct measurement can be obtained on a body with underpants on and shoes off. A man should stand upright, unstrained, with his usual posture, arms down, heels together, and toes slightly apart. Breath should be natural. 

To take chest circumference, one should run the tape measure across the shoulder blades, then under the armpits crossing the nipples in the front at the same time seeing to the tape measure being in a horizontal position. 

To measure waist circumference, draw the tape measure horizontally around the body at the waist level considering belly protrusion. 

To measure hips circumference, draw the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips with the tape measure horizontally positioned.
